Mill
Markings are removed by milling if: – they are not left as they are
– The existing marking is not sustainable for a new coating.
Thin-film markings can also be demarked by shot peening.
Shot-blast
Smooth and / or soiled surfaces must be prepared by shot peening so that they are free of separating substances and thus the best possible adhesion of the marking to the substrate can be achieved. Shot blasting is an environmentally friendly method of cleaning concrete and industrial floors and removing markings.
Paint over
If the markings are to be made unrecognizable, we can also paint them in the respective ground color.
High pressure water jets
Markings can also be removed without residue by high-pressure water jets of 2500 bar. Water jets are usually desired by airports, which damage water jets when demarcating the least of the surface. (High pressure water jets are only available for large orders.)
